A movement for change

Everything in one place: appointments, paperwork, entitlements and trusted SEND-friendly support, brought together so families don't have to fight to find it.

The ARI App home screen: a morning greeting, an upcoming annual review with its paperwork already filed, and shortcuts to add a document or find a place.

Our story

Built by a parent who lives it.

I'm Harry, and my youngest daughter is autistic and non-verbal. Getting her the right support has meant too much paperwork, too little guidance, and no single place to turn. I know we're not the only family living that.

ARI is my attempt to change that: one place to keep everything organised, and a community of parents who already understand. Families shouldn't have to fight to find the support they need.

Appointments, paperwork and entitlements. Organised, not scattered.

Your vault

Everything filed, once

EHCP plans, letters and reports kept together, so preparing for a review or an appeal starts with everything already to hand.

Places that work

Places parents have checked

SEND-friendly cafés, play areas, swimming and parks, added by the families who actually go, so every result is one someone has stood behind.

Parents who get it

Small, moderated groups

Verified parents only. For the questions you'd only ask someone who has been there.

The vault

Every letter, plan and report in one place.

Paperwork is where support gets lost. Three services all writing to you, a plan that changes without anyone saying so, and a deadline nobody mentioned. The vault is the part of ARI we have thought about hardest, and the part families ask for first.

It is where the first release will start.

See what the vault could do
The ARI App document vault screen: a search box, filters for all, education and health, and a list headed Needs You showing annual review paperwork to sign and return, a refused home to school transport decision with twenty working days to challenge it, and a DLA award letter.

Find

The places that work for your family.

Pick a category and start from somewhere that already knows what you need: cafés, play areas, swimming, parks, cinema and more, or browse everything in one go.

The ARI App find screen asking what you are looking for, with eight categories of places other SEND families have found workable: cafés, play areas, swimming, trampoline and soft play, cinema, restaurants, parks and outdoors, and farm and animal parks.

Community

Small, moderated groups for parents who get it.

Verified parents only, every group with a moderator. From tribunals and appeals to school transitions, or a quiet corner that's just here to listen.

Meet the community
The ARI App community screen: a note that groups are verified parents only with a moderator in each, and four joined groups, Tribunals and appeals, School transitions, Staying involved from a distance, and Just here to listen, each showing its latest message and member count.

Help & tutorials

Short, practical guides written for parents, not professionals.

Understanding your EHCP, preparing for an annual review, knowing your rights and what to do when a plan isn't being followed. All in plain words, for everyday life.

How the app behaves
The ARI App help screen listing five practical guides being written for parents: understanding your EHCP, preparing for an annual review, what to do if a plan is not being followed, your rights as a non-resident parent, and talking to your child about their diagnosis. Each is marked as coming soon.

Choosing what comes first

Which three would help you most?

None of it is built yet, so there is still time to shape what comes first. Three big things and a few smaller ones. Pick any three, and there is nothing to fill in.
