Unsubscribe
Stop the emails.
Enter the address you signed up with. We will send it one email with a link, and pressing that link stops the emails.
We ask for that step so that nobody can stop somebody else's emails by typing their address here.
If a link has already run out, enter your address here again and we will send a fresh one.
Check your email.
If that address is on one of our lists, we have sent it a link. Press the link and we will show you what can be stopped. If it does not arrive in the next few minutes, please have a look in your spam folder.
The link lasts four days.

Write to privacy@theariapp.co.uk and a person will stop them for you. Use the same address if you would like your details deleted rather than marked as unsubscribed, or if you would like putting back on a list later.
